The contract timeline is as follows:

The total duration for the completion of the entire subject of the agreement is up to 26 months from the date of concluding the agreement, but no later than December 31, 2028, depending on which date comes first.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Execution of complete design documentation/project: up to 5 months from the date of concluding the agreement.
• Execution, commissioning, and handover of ventilation for the Ophthalmology Operating Block (Clinic building): up to 5 months from the date of concluding the agreement.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the reconstruction, expansion, and superstructure of a building, including a partial change of its use. This project aims to establish an Oncological Surgery Operating Block, an Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit, a Day Clinical Oncology Department, Oncological Surgery Outpatient Clinic, Breast Disease Outpatient Clinic, Oncological Outpatient Clinic, and a Hospital Pharmacy. The scope encompasses both medical and non-medical equipment.

The high-level Statement of Work and core deliverables include:

• Pre-project and Design Documentation: This involves conducting all necessary pre-project works and developing comprehensive design documentation, specifically technical and executive designs, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required approvals, permits, opinions, and decisions, including those from fire protection and hygiene experts.
• Author's Supervision: Providing author's supervision throughout the execution of the construction works based on the approved design documentation.
• Construction and Installation Works: Executing construction and installation works using the Contractor's own materials, which includes the supply of materials, equipment, and providing the necessary personnel. These works must adhere to the design approved by the Contracting Authority and involve the delivery and assembly of all specified equipment.
• Approvals and Permits: Obtaining all required approvals and permits throughout the investment process, culminating in relevant protocols and formal acceptance by competent institutions and authorities, potentially including an occupancy permit.
• Post-completion Documentation: Preparing and submitting complete post-completion documentation to the Contracting Authority. This includes various certificates, declarations of performance and conformity, technical and operational documentation, operating manuals, and warranty cards for all supplied equipment.
• Equipping Premises: Furnishing the renovated premises with both general and specialized medical apparatus as detailed in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU).
• IT Infrastructure Development: Supplying and configuring two types of network switches (core and access) and related accessories. These must be compatible with existing Extreme Networks management and access control systems. This also includes providing 5-year subscriptions to expand the management system and access control system for 1000 end devices. A 5-year service contract with device replacement, firmware updates, and 24/7 technical support, followed by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty, is also required.
• Queuing System Implementation: Delivering necessary components for the implementation of a queuing system software, including configuration of clinics, offices, queues, numbering, and backup procedures.
• Documentation and Training for Queuing System: Providing full post-implementation documentation, comprising administrator and user manuals, configuration descriptions, log storage details, and backup/restore procedures. Training for at least three administrators and end-users on the implemented queuing system software is also a core deliverable.
• Additional Installations: The project also includes enhancements to the fire alarm system, emergency evacuation lighting, internal monitoring (CCTV), and a call system that must be compatible with the existing teleCARE IP system.
