TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (hereinafter the “Contracting Authority” or the “Client”) organises a tendering procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts (1397/2016) for the procurement of basic information technology services. The Contracting Authority requests candidates to submit a request to participate in the competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. The procurement concerns the following service groupings of basic information technology services: 1. User support services, the services included are needed to resolve IT problems of persons using the information technology environment, to provide advice for use and to support working; 2. End-of-life cycle services for end-user devices, which includes a comprehensive set of services to ensure efficient, secure and cost-effective use of workstations and mobile devices and their ancillary devices throughout their entire life cycle.
