TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (hereinafter “Contracting Entity” or “Client”) organises a tendering procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts (1397/2016) for the procurement of basic IT services. The Contracting Entity requests candidates to submit a request to participate in the competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with this request to participate and its appendices. The procurement concerns the following service packages of basic IT services: 1. User support services, the services included are necessary to resolve IT problems of persons using the IT environment, provide guidance for use, and support working; 2. End-user device lifecycle services, which includes a comprehensive set of services to ensure the efficient, secure and cost-effective use of workstations and mobile devices and their additional accessories throughout their entire lifecycle.
