TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the services for phases 31 to 53 according to the SIA 112 Regulations, respectively the SIA 102 to 108 Regulations for the competencies of architect, civil engineer and engineers specialising in building services installations (CVSE), building physicist, energy concept specialist and AEAI specialist (multi-disciplinary group of representatives). The project is the transformation and extension of the former fire station building in order to house the dining hall (refectory) and the out-of-school premises, with a total construction amount determining the fees of CHF 4'775'000.- excluding VAT (construction cost categories CFC 1, 2 and 4, excluding fees and taxes, with a precision level of +/- 20%).
