TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mozaïek Wonen will start an procurement procedure soon in order to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for a period of four years. The objective is to make our housing stock (structurally) more sustainable in combination with planned maintenance. The scope includes, among other things, the preparation and execution of the work, resident communication and participation. In addition, we aim for a long-term collaboration in which working efficiently, learning ability and continuous improvement are central. In the procurement, Mozaïek Wonen will follow the European procurement rules for contracting authorities and we choose a restricted procedure. The maximum number of Dwellings that can be carried out under the framework agreement amounts to 3000 in total for all contractors under the framework agreement together.
