TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mozaïek Wonen will soon start an award procedure to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for a period of four years. The objective is to make our housing stock (in terms of construction) more sustainable in combination with planned maintenance. The scope includes, among other things, the preparation and execution of the work, residents’ communication and participation. In addition, we aim for a long-term cooperation in which efficient working, learning capacity and continuous improvement are central. In the tendering process, Mozaïek Wonen will follow the European award rules for contracting authorities and we will choose a non-open procedure. The maximum number of Dwellings that may be carried out under the framework agreement amounts to 3000 in total for all contractors under the framework agreement.
