TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for general contractor services (design services in accordance with HOAI §34, §39, §55 LPH 2-8 and §51 LPH 2-6 in parts, as well as all and construction services) for the construction of turnkey residential buildings using timber or timber hybrid construction methods (rental housing construction), including paths and open-space facilities, and the degewo property area. For the next 4 years, 3 to 4 general contractors will be selected as framework agreement partners for the construction of up to a total of 300 dwellings per year. New buildings using timber or timber hybrid construction methods are to be built on the corresponding plots. The buildings are expected to be planned largely to the KfW40 standard and to be eligible for funding in accordance with the currently applicable housing promotion regulations. Further standards, in particular for fit-out, result from degewo equipment standards. 1.
