TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for general contractor services (design services pursuant to HOAI §34, §39, §55 LPH 2-8 and §51 LPH 2-6 in part, as well as all and construction services) for the construction of turnkey residential buildings in timber or timber hybrid construction (rental housing), including access routes and outdoor facilities, and the degewo property area. For the next 4 years, 3 to 4 general contractors will be selected as framework agreement partners to build a total of up to 300 apartments per year on the corresponding sites. New buildings in timber or timber hybrid construction are to be erected on the respective plots. The buildings are expected to be planned mostly to the KfW40 standard and to be eligible for funding in accordance with the currently applicable housing funding regulations. The further standards, in particular for fit-out, are derived from degewo equipment standards. 1. Design services 1.a.)
