TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority operates Frankfurt Main Airport. The contractor is to be commissioned to provide general planning services for the new construction of air freight logistics halls at the site. The buildings are to be put out to tender functionally to a general contractor (GC). In addition, the contractor must demonstrate, in all areas of service, sufficient experience as a general planner of logistics buildings and experience in working with general contractors.
