TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Tilapalvelu as a corporatised agency and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement ring and tender for a framework arrangement for design and project site supervision in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, as well as options for the years 2029 and 2030. For both areas, 4 (four) contract partners are selected. The contracting authority will accept the lowest bids among those that meet the minimum criteria for the bid comparison. Using the form for input, it is possible to submit a bid for either design only or project site supervision only, but also for both. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for each of the two sub-areas with the four most advantageous parties. The design consultant (project manager) also acts as the project site supervisor for small sites. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 2,000,000.
