TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey office building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Floor area: 2,053 m², net usable floor area (NRF): 2,637 m², floor area (GRF): 668 m², floor area of the underground car park: 1,136 m². The building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip footings, reinforced concrete external walls of the underground car park and the projecting reinforced concrete ceiling will be cast on site in situ concrete. The above-ground storeys ground floor (EG) and first floor (OG) will be constructed using precast reinforced concrete elements, system beams made of steel and prestressed hollow-core slab ceilings. The external walls are non-load-bearing and will be constructed from timber-frame prefabricated wall panels. The top storey and the roof ceiling will therefore be built as a timber structure.
