TENDER DESCRIPTION

This study has several objectives: 1- Update the Wastewater Master Plans of the municipalities whose regulatory 10-year deadline has been exceeded or is approaching. 2- In parallel, it will be necessary to review the Wastewater Master Plans currently in progress in the other municipalities in the territory, to take stock of the operations already carried out and those underway. 3- In a second phase, when the Master Plans for those over 10 years old have been updated in line with objective 1, it will be necessary to use the prioritisation method adopted during the mission for objective 2 and to produce a single, unified Master Plan. 4- Finally, the last mission will concern the financial aspects of the service. The selected consulting firm must present the impacts of the investments selected in the previous phase on the wastewater prices borne by users and propose a method for harmonising prices across the intercommunal territory according to a schedule that allows compliance with the “reasonable” deadlines requested by the regulations.
