TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renovation of the village community centre (association premises) in Perl, the second construction phase is now being implemented. This includes the installation of new WC facilities as well as the renovation of all building services in these areas and in the stairwell. A key focus is on accessibility, which is ensured by the installation of a lift system and an accessible WC. In addition, as part of the first award stage, the third construction phase is already commissioned for the performance phases 1 and 2. Once the financing for the third construction phase is secured, this phase will also be implemented; the exact timeframe is currently not yet known. The measures in this section focus on the renovation of the building envelope as well as the large hall. In parallel, the ventilation system will be upgraded and the lighting will be modernised. On the gallery, the separation of an additional meeting room is planned; in addition, the two small WC facilities will be renewed.
