TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Engelthal operates the day-care centre “Haus der Kinder”. The older building section dates from the 1970s, the newer building section from 1993. Due to the continuing high demand for childcare places, the municipality of Engelthal has decided to renovate and extend the existing day-care centre. The target structure of the future day-care centre is intended to enable care for 120 children in two crèche groups, two kindergarten groups and one after-school (Hort) group. The room programme required for this must be coordinated with the competent authorities. In addition, a multipurpose room is to be provided for municipal events or for use by associations. This room must be usable independently of the day-care centre, which requires separate access. The possibility of integrating a second after-school (Hort) group into the floor plan is to be examined as part of the planning.
