TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Engelthal operates the day-care centre “Haus der Kinder”. The older part of the building dates from the 1970s, the newer part from 1993. Due to the continued high demand for child-care places, the municipality of Engelthal has decided to renovate and extend the existing day-care centre. The target structure of the future day-care centre is intended to enable the care of 120 children in two crèche groups, two kindergarten groups and one after-school group (Hort) group. The room programme required for this must be coordinated with the competent authorities. In addition, a multipurpose room for municipal events or use by clubs is to be provided. This room must be usable independently of the day-care centre, which requires separate access. The possibility of integrating a second after-school group (Hort) group into the floor plan is to be examined as part of the planning.
