TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the execution of replacement construction of the building of the Javorje Branch School, which was damaged in the August 2023 weather disaster. As part of the investment, construction of a new building is planned with a total floor area of approximately 2,650.85 m² for the needs of the branch school, kindergarten, and social activities in the settlement of Javorje, together with the execution of the associated external arrangements, retaining walls, fences, utilities and other infrastructure, and all other works, supply and equipment, as resulting from the project documentation and bills of quantities. Environmental aspects are taken into account in the execution of the construction.
