The subject of procurement is a special towing vehicle in accordance with the technical specifications (Appendix 1 and Appendix 2).CPV code and name: 34142000DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: The vehicle is intended for towing public urban transport vehicles: malfunctioning tram and bus vehicles. The vehicle that is offered and that will be delivered must be fully manufactured in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU directives: • Rulebook on the technical conditions of vehicles in traffic on public roads (NN 85/16, 24/17, 70/19 60/20, 79/23, 5/25), • Law on road transport (NN 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21, 114/22, 136/24),• Law on the promotion of clean vehicles in road transport (NN 52/21) The vehicle that is the subject of this procurement falls under the category of vehicles N3G.At the handover of the vehicle, the economic operator shall deliver to the contracting authority evidence that, for the vehicle with installed equipment, type approval has been carried out, i.e. that the vehicle has passed the procedure for determining compliance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
