TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned measure includes the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of the existing school site in Hattstedt. The aim is to create additional space capacity, to reorganise individual areas in terms of function, and to modernise the existing building stock both technically and structurally to the current state of the art and in accordance with school building guidelines. The preliminary cost estimate amounts to EUR 5,945,258.82 net (KG 300 + 400). This breaks down into approximately EUR 3,877,723.53 net for KG 300 and approximately EUR 2,067,535.29 net for KG 400. The above-mentioned construction cost upper limit of in total EUR 5,945,258.82 net is to be understood as a value to which the design must be aligned in all design phases and which is already to be checked for implementability in the preliminary design stage.
