TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned measure includes the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of the existing school facilities in Hattstedt. The aim is to create additional room capacity, to carry out a functional reorganisation of individual areas, and to modernise the existing building fabric and structure in line with the current state of the art and the school construction guidelines. The preliminary cost estimate amounts to EUR 5,945,258.82 net (Cost Groups 300 + 400). Of this, approximately EUR 3,877,723.53 net is attributable to Cost Group 300 and approximately EUR 2,067,535.29 net to Cost Group 400. The above-mentioned construction cost upper limit of in total EUR 5,945,258.82 net is to be understood as a value to which the design is to be aligned in all design stages and which must already be checked in the preliminary design for its feasibility.
