TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter is services for architectural object planning for buildings and interiors pursuant to Sections 33 et seq., 34 HOAI 2021 for the conversion and refurbishment of the former Protestant community hall in Plankstadt. The building was constructed in 1925 and was converted in the years 1957, 1983, 1984 and 1995. The ground floor and basement are to be converted and upgraded to provide full-day care for primary school children of Friedrichschule. In particular, support care areas, a canteen/food distribution area, kitchen functions and ancillary and sanitary areas are planned. A small portion of the use is intended for catering for a day-care facility for children. At the same time, an energy refurbishment of the building envelope of the entire building is planned, in particular the roof, façade and windows/doors. The building services installations are to be renewed and the building connected to the district heating supply. The two upper floors contain rented apartments and are not available for conversion of the care use.
