TENDER DESCRIPTION

SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends, with the construction of the Centre for Regional Products (ZfrE), the "Gurkenwelt", to create an immersive visitor experience location that does justice to the importance of the Spreewald gherkin. The ZfrE will thereby become a place that shapes identity for Lusatia and at the same time a modern brand platform. The site and the listed (protected as monuments) buildings of the former locomotive shed at the Lübbenau railway station provide the ideal setting for the construction of the "Gurkenwelt". For the implementation of the overall project, total costs of approximately EUR 30 million (net) are assumed. As part of this VgV procedure, SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends to award the following planning services within the framework of a VgV procedure.
