TENDER DESCRIPTION

Central supply and extract air system for installation on the roof, with an air performance of approx. 16,900 m³/h, equipped with heat recovery, air filtration, heating coils as well as supply and extract air fans. The system supplies offices as well as interior areas for occupancy, meeting rooms, technical rooms, storage areas and sanitary areas. Air distribution network consisting of approx. 2,400 m² of rectangular and round air ducts as well as several hundred meters of spiral-seam ducts for supply air, extract air, outdoor air and exhaust air lines. Including delivery and installation of sound attenuators, volume flow controllers, fire protection dampers, weather protection grilles, inspection and maintenance openings as well as ceiling air outlets, air valves and special air outlets. Central chilled-water plant for cooling ELT-/PDP (data processing system) rooms, server rooms and functional rooms, with an air-to-water chiller unit (cooling capacity approx. 38 kW) arranged on the roof.
