TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) plans the construction of a new accommodation building at Tomburg Kaserne in Rheinbach. The construction of a three-storey, non-basement building is planned, with a total of 127 accommodation rooms, each with its own shower bathroom; one accommodation unit is to be provided in an accessible design. The basis is the design and approval planning. The design planning is based on a conventional solid construction method with masonry and reinforced concrete. A possible deviation from the construction method is possible by submitting alternative side offers (Nebenangebote). The scope of services of the contractor includes the turnkey and operationally functional creation and proper completion of the entire structure, including integrated execution planning and documentation. This comprises all required planning and construction services for the creation and handover of a defect-free building that has been approved under building law.
