TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Magistrate of the City of Friedberg plans the construction of a new building for the volunteer fire brigade in Ockstadt. Construction description The building structure is divided into two parallel wings arranged slightly offset from each other. Each wing has a length of approx. 35.00 m and steps in height by approx. 7.0 m and 8.0 m respectively. The narrow sides of the wings are oriented towards Friedberger Straße. The lower wing serves as the vehicle hall with connection room to the building services, storage and workshop. It has a width of approx. 12.50 m. The higher wing is two-storey and comprises, with a width of approx. 14.00 m, changing rooms, training and social rooms, offices and sanitary rooms. The hall and the adjacent ground floor of the two-storey wing will receive a façade made of galvanized steel sheet panels. The upper floor is visually set apart by its cantilevered projection and the vertically structured wooden façade.
