TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of bread and confectionery products to the 17th Military Supply Unit in Koszalin in 2026 r., in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No 1 to the SWZ and the type-and-quantity list, delivery locations of the subject of the contract – Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has described in detail the quality requirements, the places and delivery times in the Description of the subject of the contract. 2. The Contractor is required, throughout the period of binding effect of the contract, to have a paid contract of mandatory civil liability insurance covering the civil liability of the entity covered by the insurance obligation for damage caused by an unlawful act and arising from non-performance or improper performance of an obligation. The guarantee sum for the entire insurance policy should be equal to, or higher than, the value of the contract concluded.
