TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns Foodstuffs: Pantry, bakery and catering for successive orders and deliveries during the term of the agreement. Pantry: is intended to meet the Contracting Authority’s purchases of grocery items and foodstuffs in consumer packaging. The purpose of the procurement is also to meet the need for suppliers nearby for quick and urgent replenishment purchases. Some purchases are also of the nature of educational purchases/social training, as these purchases are made together with users/customers from the Contracting Authority’s operations. The procurement does not include purchases of tobacco, snus or medicine. Bakery: is intended to meet the Contracting Authority’s needs for fresh bread and bakery items. Catering: is intended to meet the Contracting Authority’s needs for catering for various events, breakfast, lunch or dinner. These events may occur from early morning to late evening. The Contracting Authority requests agreements with several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants.
