TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the lease of one complete, technically operational robotic surgery system together with equipment and the provision of full service support for a period of 24 months. 1.1. The offered robotic surgery system must meet the requirements specified in applicable provisions of law and the technical, functional and quality requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the technical, functional and quality requirements, requirements regarding equipment, compatibility, documentation, training, service and other conditions for performance of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – (OPZ). 1.3. The requirements regarding the manner of performance of the contract, in particular the rights and obligations of the Parties, the rules for contract performance, acceptance of the subject of the contract, provision of service services, exercise of the option right, payment conditions, liability of the Parties and other conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the Draft Contractual Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
