TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are to be provided in the field of self-monitoring for seven secured contaminated sites within the city of Hamburg. These are the Pollhornweg former waste disposal site, Eckerkoppel former waste disposal site, Havighorster Moor former waste disposal site, Brümmer former waste disposal site, Georgswerder landfill, Neuhöfer Straße former waste disposal site and Moorfleeter Brack former waste disposal site. The aim of the self-monitoring programmes to be carried out in the long term is primarily reliable monitoring of function and effectiveness with regard to the securing structures (in particular surface sealing systems). The scope of services in particular includes carrying out hydraulic on-site measurement programmes to monitor the leachate bodies of the contaminated sites (measurement of ponded water levels, oil levels and oil layer thicknesses), on a quarterly to annual basis, while complying with increased occupational health and safety requirements. In addition, to a lesser extent, groundwater level measurements are to be carried out.
