TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building 001, constructed using prefabricated panel construction (Plattenbau), is used as an accommodation building on 4 storeys with a floor area of approx. 3,000 m² gross. On each level from the ground floor upwards, there are shower and washing areas as well as tea kitchens. In the basement level, mainly storage and technical rooms are located. The contract includes the planning for fundamental refurbishment of the electrical installation of the entire building. Services KG 440: The existing electrical system is to be dismantled. The new installation includes the installation of a main building distribution board as well as all floor distribution boards. The lighting system and general installation, switches and sockets are to be installed mainly in spandrel and installation ducts. A safety lighting system is to be installed. Services KG 450: A structured cabling system for the data network is to be installed in accordance with "Handbook IT - cabling networks." From the ground floor - 3rd floor upwards, data connections for WLAN are to be installed in the rooms (stubs).
