TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building 001, built using prefabricated panel construction, is used as an accommodation building on 4 storeys with an area of approx. 3,000 m² gross. On each storey from the ground floor onwards, there are shower and wash areas as well as kitchenette areas. The basement level mainly contains storage and technical rooms. The contract includes the design of the comprehensive major repair of the electrical installation of the entire building. Scope of services The accommodation building is in a non-usable condition due to significant technical and structural defects. The aim of the measure is to restore an operationally safe condition and a condition that complies with public-law requirements. The contractor shall provide the object planning services for the building in accordance with §§ 33 ff.
