TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Stralendorf (owner/building client) plans the construction of a new daycare centre Regenbogen as a replacement for the existing facility as a standalone building on the directly adjacent plot of land for 40 children (28 kindergarten and 12 crèche children). With the planned new construction, the childcare and framework conditions for the children and educators are intended to improve. In the new building, 1 crèche area for 12 children and 2 daycare (kita) areas for 14 children each are planned, so that a total of 40 children can attend the facility in Stralendorf. The possibility of expanding by 8 children (1 mixed group) is to be taken into account. The planned net floor area of 328 sqm corresponds to the maximum permissible area for the fee calculation. The existing plot of land (Flurstück 135/21, Flur 2) with an area of approx. 1,600 sqm is used as the building location, without affecting the existing open spaces and facilities of the current daycare centre.
