TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband State-Funded Secondary Schools in Unterschleißheim intends to carry out a phased renovation and restructuring of parts of the Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim. The open learning areas covered by the existing building permit comprise a total area of up to 400 m². However, as part of the further project preparation, it has been determined that, in addition, there is a need for renovation in adjacent teaching areas, corridors, access/connecting areas and ancillary areas. In addition, the necessary fire protection-related and building services-related adjustments must be taken into account. Based on the current knowledge available, an overall renovation area of approximately 800 to 1,000 m² is therefore assumed. The final delimitation and determination of the renovation area, as well as the specification of the scope of measures, are to be carried out within the framework of the preliminary and design planning.
