TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive thermal modernization of the Community Hall building in Jaczków – II repeat 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out a task entitled “Comprehensive thermal modernization of the Community Hall building in Jaczków – II repeat”, including the performance of construction and installation works related to improving the building’s energy efficiency, in particular: 1) insulating the ceiling above the unheated attic, 2) refurbishing the heating system involving changing the heating method to an air/water heat pump supplied from a photovoltaic installation, 3) installation of an additional photovoltaic installation, 4) performing the necessary accompanying works, installation connections, and conducting tests, measurements, and commissioning of the installed equipment, in accordance with the design documentation. 2. Location: The Community Hall building in Jaczków is located on plot no. 215, cadastral unit 0005 Jaczków. The building is a single-storey, non-basement structure, with an unused attic, built using the traditional technology, made of cellular concrete blocks. 3.
