TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipal utilities company Stadtwerke Forchheim (SWF) operates multiple business divisions as a municipal multi-utility provider and assumes central energy-sector market roles in doing so (including supplier, grid operator and metering point operator). The energy-sector business processes required for this, in particular in the context of market communication, are currently carried out using an existing, multi-part system landscape. The technical metering point operation is the responsibility of SWF; the Smart Meter Gateway is provided by an external service provider. At present, operation is carried out on-premises in the SWF data centre. Against the background of the strategic further development of the existing product landscape and the prospective end of support for the individual systems used, SWF aims to replace the existing ERP and billing landscape with an integrated, future-proof solution.
