TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is preparing its transition to a fleet of vehicles that is fully electrified, in particular through the modification and modernisation of its bus and eBus depots. In this context, the contracting authority wishes to integrate into its depots a solution that enables the real-time geolocation of its various vehicles, inside and around the depots. The vehicle geolocation solution to be acquired must make it possible to streamline and modernise the management of the Perrelet depots (base offer) and the Borde depot (option). In particular, it must make it possible to drastically reduce the loss of time associated with walking routes within the depot, and to minimise parking errors that could compromise operations. It is planned to place an order for the supply in the first half of 2027, subject to obtaining the necessary funding or approvals.
