TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of planning services for engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI, service phases 1-9) and specialist planning for technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI, service phases 1-9). In addition to the basic services under HOAI, the award of special services is also the subject of this tender procedure. For further details, please refer to the engineering contract attached to the tender documents. The special services are described and listed in Annex 2 of the engineering contract. --- The contracting authority has provided for the award of these services in stages: In service level 1, service phases 1 to 4 are to be commissioned for the respective scope of object planning and specialist planning, as well as the special services required in these phases. In service level 2, service phases 5 to 9 are to be commissioned for the respective scope of object planning and specialist planning, as well as the special services required in these phases.
