TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management, as specified in the contract description, of municipal waste from residential properties located within the territory of Gmina Iłów, as well as from the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is delivered to landfill, in accordance with: 1) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended). 2) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 3) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of certain waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906); 4) the regulations of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels for limiting the landfill of the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412); 5) the Resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Sejmik No 9/25 of…
