TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste specified in the description of the subject of the contract from: 1) properties located in the area of the City of Jordanów where residents live, 2) the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point, 1) in a manner that allows the Contracting Authority, to the extent dependent on the Contractor, in particular by transferring selectively collected waste for preparation for reuse and recycling, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy of the relevant levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and by limiting the mass of municipal waste containing biodegradable components that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz.U.2025.733 consolidated text), the provisions of Resolution No XI/125/03 of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Regional Assembly (Sejmik Województwa Małopolskiego) of 25 August 2023 on the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship for 2016-2022 (and, if the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship…
