TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties and non-residential properties where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, from the area of the Municipality of Gołuchów and from the Stationary Selective Waste Collection Point (SPSZOK) located in the town of Gołuchów, ul. Biberona 8. Transport of all collected municipal waste will take place directly to the Facility: Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych Orli Staw, Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the destination Facility for specific waste codes during performance of the contract subject. If the Facility indicated by the Contracting Authority is located at a distance of no more than 50 km from the seat of the Municipality of Gołuchów, i.e. (Urząd Gminy w Gołuchowie ul.
