TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this Agreement is the collection, transport and management of a waste stream with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than listed in 19 12 11 generated in the technological process of municipal waste treatment: - from the mixed municipal waste (MBP) line, - from the bulky waste sorting line, at the site of the Center for Waste Utilization of the Lubań Municipalities in Lubań, at ul. Bazaltowa 1. 2. The Contractor undertakes to manage waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount of approximately 2,800 Mg. The quantity provided is estimated. 3. The place of collection of the waste intended for transport and management is the Center for Waste Utilization of the Lubań Municipalities in Lubań, at ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań. 4. Waste collection will take place using transport organized by the Contractor and at its cost. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor supplies for loading semi-trailers of the “walking floor” type (moving floor). 6.
