TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the area of the following municipalities, which constitute separate sectors: 1) Sector I – the area of the Brodnica municipality. 2. The waste will be collected: 1) from property owners on whose properties residents live, 2) from summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and holiday purposes, 3) from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on plot no. (land register number): a) 117/2 located in the town of Brodnica in the Brodnica municipality (Sector I), 4) from pharmacies located in: a) Brodnica municipality – Sector I (collection of expired medicines), 5) from electro-waste collection points located at: a) Brodnica, at the Municipal Office, ul. Parkowa 2 (Sector I), 6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Sector I). 3. The subject of the contract also includes delivering the collected waste and unloading it at the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. at Piotrowo Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
