COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES OF THE OBORNIKI MUNICIPALITY in 2027” 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of the task entitled “COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM NON-RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES OF THE OBORNIKI MUNICIPALITY in 2027”. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service for collecting municipal waste from non-residential properties of the Oborniki municipality, in the scope of municipal waste whose detailed list constitutes Appendix No 1 to the OPZ. 2. The collection service covers the following types of municipal waste: (i) mixed waste – waste code: 20 03 01; (ii) plastics*; (iii) metals*; (iv) multi-material packaging*; (v) glass – waste code: 15 01 07 or 20 01 02; (vi) paper – waste code: 15 01 01 or 20 01 01; (vii) bio-waste – waste code: 20 02 01 or 20 01 08.* * with the proviso that selectively collected municipal waste listed in points (ii)-(iv) will be stored together as the “Metals and plastics” fraction – waste code: 15 01 02 or 20 01 39. 3.
