Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the territory of Gmina Kołaki Kościelne The subject of the contract is services consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the territory of Gmina Kołaki Kościelne, as well as the provision of equipment and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point referred to hereinafter as PSZOK, located at Kościelna Street in Kołaki Kościelne. The contract is to be carried out in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods for certain fractions of municipal waste, and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is delivered for landfill, in accordance with: i. the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended); ii. the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of…
