a) collection and transport of municipal waste generated on residential properties located in the area of Gmina Chorkówka, b) management of municipal waste generated on residential properties from the area of Gmina Chorkówka, with the exception of: unsorted (mixed) waste 20 03 01, bio-waste 20 02 01, and separately collected waste with the following codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07), c) collection, transport and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, with the exception of management of separately collected waste with the following codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01, d) operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Chorkówka, e) the collected waste must be managed by the Contractor in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), and the waste management hierarchy specified in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended).
