TENDER DESCRIPTION

The AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts for the aforementioned active substance without a selection decision. Contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Uniform conditions apply to all participants in the Open House model. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract commencement date being 01.09.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract commencement date, regardless of the respective contract conclusion date. Joining or concluding a contract can take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month.
