TENDER DESCRIPTION

The health insurance funds pursue the objective of concluding discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations and/or dosage forms, strengths or medicinal products specified in the respective lot.
