TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation based on the developed concept for land development at the railway-road crossing in the town of Wilkszyn, including a Park & Ride parking facility. 2. The scope of the service includes: 1) development of comprehensive design documentation together with the required opinions, arrangements/consultations and decisions, including a valid building permit, the ZRID decision, notification/submission (depending on the requirements); 2) performing author’s supervision during the duration and acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of the developed design documentation, until obtaining a permit for use or an equivalent document in the light of the provisions of the Construction Law. 3. The subject of the contract includes the following branches/industries: road, telecommunication, sanitary, electrical, railway, structural and construction, railway traffic control (SRK), and traction. 4.
