TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of design-and-cost estimate documentation for the development of inner courtyards located in Wrocław within the boundaries of the following streets: 1) Kazimierza Wielkiego, Świdnicka, Oławska, Szewska, 2) Kazimierza Wielkiego, Gepperta, Ofiar Oświęcimskich, Świdnicka. The scope of the subject matter of the contract for each inner courtyard separately includes: 1) preparation and handover to the Contracting Authority of design-and-cost estimate documentation for the development of the inner courtyard, together with the necessary arrangements, in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for preparing the design-and-cost estimate documentation, 2) obtaining and handing over to the Contracting Authority, for the inner courtyard, a decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Office (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) granting a building permit together with confirmation of submission of an application to WAiZ UM for the issuance of a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and handing over to the Contracting Authority a certificate of no grounds to file an objection to the intention to carry out construction…
