TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ÖGK plans to relocate the Wienerbergstraße 13 health center (construction lot 1) temporarily to an alternative accommodation facility until around 2029 and then demolish the existing building. From 2030, parallel to the construction of the underground railway, the ÖGK is to be provided with a new building with an integrated U2 station and an underground car park, to be erected by a cooperation partner. This building complex is intended to combine the health center, customer center and the administration offices in a synergistic manner; commissioning is expected to be in 2034. Wienerbergstraße 15-19 (construction lot 2) is to be utilized at a later stage within the scope of action of a cooperation partner; preferably the plot remains in the ownership of the ÖGK.
