TENDER DESCRIPTION

[1] The subject of the Contract is to provide supervision for the design and execution of works on railway line No 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk, together with the author’s supervision, as part of the project entitled: Works on railway line No 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk – Stage I. The scope of the Contract also includes the scope of works covered by the Time Option Right referred to in § 7a of the Contract, to the extent that the Contracting Authority will exercise the Time Option Right.
